First, we would like to thank you for your interest in our products. Following this is our discount rate to apply with our retail price in our Shop Front  to calculate for the actual wholesale price. And if you shall need further help from us, please do not forget to use the product ordering code provided includes descriptions and prices so that we can serve you better. Our price will be in Baht and the discount rate will be varied to suit your style of purchasing as following,

*The discount rate shown here only apply for the purchase through this website, can not be used at our shop in other places

 For our normal products  (not for letters, numbers, sign and plates)   

-  30% off for the purchase of 12 pieces at the same price or same items.       

-  35% off for the purchase of 36 pieces at the same price or same items.        

-  40% off for the purchase of 100 pieces at the same price or same items.   

***not applicable for letters, numbers, sign and plates

or        

-  15% off for the purchase of 5,000 baht up of mixed or assorted items.       

-  35% off for the purchase of 50,000 baht up of mixed or assorted items.

For most of the products, please check with us first for more details or if you want any of our products to be custom made for you, please contact us for quoting because if you order a big batch ,some products will be a lot more discount than the discount rate given above.        

** The discount rate applied price will be ex-factory price , so the delivery to your shipping or any other place will be upon real charge from the door-to-door service company, approximately 180 Baht per box. (For the other places like remote village or on an island, the rate might be higher so please call us for the exact rate.

Again, to save your time, please check for our stock first before you order since normally 2 - 8  weeks of leading production time will be needed for ceramics, depends on how many products you order. Simply E-mail to us at clayshop@yahoo.com with the codes of your selected products and quantity you want and we will reply you back as soon as we can. In addition, please provide us the details of your shipper or your local agent if you have one so that we can contact through them as well.

Terms of payment; 30% deposit should be paid before production (50% for the custom made order) and the rest will be paid when the goods has finished. The amount can be paid either by cash or by TT to our savings account name:

**In case of TT        

      -The process will take many days so please remind that you should spare 3-5 days before the delivery date because the factory will send the goods  only when the payment received.       

      -All The transferring fees will be paid by customer because the price given does not include any extra fee.If there will be any doubt ,please do not hesitate to contact us and we will reply you as soon as we can.
